Ticket prices
- Adult/ Adult disability – £20.00
- Child / Child disability (age 17 and under) – £10.00
- Family (2 adults, 2 children) – £50
- Companion ticket £10.00/£5.00
For the purposes of sales, a child is someone aged 17 years and under, under 3s are free.
Please note that in 2025 we will not post out wristbands. You must keep your email confirmation which is proof of purchase. You will then receive your wristbands for the event at G-Fest itself. Wristbands purchased in the Garforth St Gemma’s shop will receive their wristband at point of purchase.
Terms and Conditions
General
These booking terms and conditions apply to everyone buying a ticket to, and/or attending G-Fest 2025. Tickets will be issued in the form of wristbands.
These terms and conditions contain important information regarding participation and upon entry you agree to and accept all of the following terms and conditions.
All participants buying a ticket for G-Fest do so at their own risk. In no event shall St Gemma’s Hospice be liable for any injuries, loss or damages whatsoever, including indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential losses connected with any aspect of this event.
Photographs will be taken throughout the event, which could be used in future promotional materials.
Booking process, prices and payment
Tickets are available online or from the St Gemma’s shop in Garforth (with the exception of carer tickets which can only be purchased online in advance of the event.)
Tickets purchased online will NOT be posted.
Your email confirmation is proof of purchase to obtain wristbands on the day.
Tickets are non-refundable.
For the purpose of sales categories are as follows:
• Adult
• Age 17 and under
• Under 3s free
• Family wristband (2 adults, 2 age 17 and under)
• Disabled adult
• Disabled child
• Companion ticket
Safety
Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult and be accompanied throughout the event
Disabled entrants are welcome but please be advised this event takes place on Glebelands Playing Fields. The terrain is grass and can be uneven in some places.
Companion tickets are available but proof of eligibility must be brought on the day and presented when collecting their wristband. Companions must arrive with the person they are accompanying.
The following will be accepted as Proof of Eligibility:
• Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64
• Attendance Allowance or Essential Companion’s Allowance letter of award.
• Incapacity Benefit book, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit, Employment Support Allowance (ESA). Disability Student’s Allowance (DSA) or DID card (UK Disabled ID Card)
• A valid Blue Badge.
• In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).
• Credibility’s Access Card with the Essential Companion/companion symbol
Alcohol and prohibited items
You are not permitted to bring alcohol or glass bottles into the event venue at any time. No fireworks, portable BBQs or any other items deemed unsuitable by the event organiser will be allowed into the event venue. Bag searches will be in operation.
Alcohol will be available to purchase onsite. We will be operating a challenge 25 policy at the event, please bring identification to prove that you are over 18.
St Gemma’s Hospice reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol acting in a threatening or violent manner.
If you are asked to leave the venue by event security you will not be able to be readmitted. Incidents of crime and disorder will be reported to the police.
Animals
No dogs are allowed on site except guide/assistance dogs.
Changes to the event
St Gemma’s Hospice reserves the right to change the start and end time of the event and also to any advertised performers.
Cancellation
St Gemma’s Hospice reserve the right to cancel this event at any time. In the event of this happening, ticket fees will be refunded in full if participant cannot attend the rescheduled event.
Tickets are non-refundable.
