I/we confirm that I am of a reasonable level of health and fitness and am able to complete the walk. I/we understand that this is a fundraising event organised by St Gemma’s Hospice and commit to raising as much as I can for St Gemma’s by taking part and agree to pay the booking fee. (As part of signing up, you’ll receive a fundraising pack with ideas for fundraising and a sponsorship form if you choose to fundraise that way). I/we understand that all sponsorship must be collected and received by St Gemma’s Hospice no later than 4 weeks after the event. If I or any member of my group will be aged 17 or under on the day of the event (5 July 2025) I/we confirm that they will be walking under supervision of an adult who will be aged 18 or over on the event day. I/we understand the organisers reserve the right to alter arrangements and conditions, including the event route and start time, should circumstances require. I/we understand that a photographer will be attending the event and that all photographs are the property of St Gemma’s Hospice. I/we consent that any photographs taken at the event which include me may be used for future Hospice marketing and publications.
